The three commonly used drugs in assisted reproductive centers are Bu Jia Le, Fen Ma Tong, and Ke Ling Meng! How do you eat? Pregnant women, don't make mistakes again!

Why can't I distinguish between these three medicines even though I take them on time every day?

Every day in the reproductive center, we can always see many pregnant preparation mothers worrying about the medicine box in their hands: "What is the purpose of this medicine?" "When is the best time to take it?" "What if you take it wrong?" I believe this is also a question in the minds of many sisters who are receiving assisted reproductive treatment.

Today, let's unravel this mystery together, so that you can not only take medication clearly, but also prepare for pregnancy with peace of mind.

Bu Jia Le: The "Exclusive Nutritionist" for Endometrium

Have you heard of the saying 'The quality of the soil determines whether the seeds can germinate'? In the process of preparing for pregnancy, the endometrium is the "soil" of the embryo, and Bujiale (estradiol valerate) is the "exclusive nutritionist" who specializes in preparing nutrients for the endometrium.

The main ingredient of Bu Jia Le is estrogen, and its task is to make the endometrium thick and soft, preparing a comfortable "home" for embryo implantation. Imagine if the land is barren, even the best seeds are difficult to grow. Similarly, if the endometrium is too thin or uneven, it is difficult for the embryo to implant.

So how should I eat Bu Jia Le? It is usually recommended to take it from the 3rd to 5th day of menstruation, 1-2 times a day, and the specific dosage of 1-2 tablets each time needs to be determined by the doctor according to your physical condition. It is best to take medication at a fixed time every day, and taking it before bedtime at night can reduce the possibility of nausea.

Fenmaitong: Intelligent 2-in-1 "set"

If Bu Jia Le is a "single nutrient", then Fen Mao Tong is a thoughtful "smart package". A box of Fenmerton contains two types of pills: white tablets (containing estrogen) and gray tablets (containing estrogen and progesterone). This design cleverly simulates the natural hormonal changes in the human body, first using estrogen to promote endometrial growth, and then adding progesterone for endometrial transformation, providing comprehensive support for embryo implantation. Just like loosening the soil, fertilizing, and then watering, step by step creating the best growth environment for the seeds.

The biggest difference between Fenmaotong and Bujiale is that Bujiale is a single estrogen and requires the use of a separate combination of progesterone; Fenmerton itself contains two hormones, so there is no need to combine it with other drugs, making it more convenient to use.

The administration method is simple: take the white pill for 14 days first, then take the gray pill for 14 days, and take one pill at a fixed time every day. This sequential medication method simulates the natural menstrual cycle, allowing the body to be fully prepared in a complete artificial cycle.

Klinsmann: The 'Professional Regulator' of the Menstrual Cycle

Clermont is another compound hormone drug that can be considered a "professional regulator" of the menstrual cycle. Each tablet of Clermont contains 11 white pills (estrogen) and 10 orange pills (estrogen+progesterone).

Its administration method is very regular: take white tablets for 11 days in order, then take orange tablets for 10 days, stop taking medication for 7 days (usually during menstruation), and start a new round of medication on the 8th day. This fixed cycle medication method is particularly suitable for women who need to regulate their menstrual cycle regularly.

So, how should we choose these three drugs?

Simply put, if you mainly have thin endometrium and need to promote endometrial growth, doctors may choose Bujiale because it can flexibly adjust the dosage; If you need a complete labor cycle preparation, Fenmaitong may be a better choice; If it is to regulate the menstrual cycle or undergo hormone replacement therapy, the fixed ratio and medication cycle of Clermont may be more suitable. Of course, the specific medication and dosage to be used must follow the professional advice of a reproductive doctor.
