Article 55 | Right to Health of Foreigners, Stateless Persons
1. Foreign citizens residing in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, stateless persons and refugees permanently residing in the Kyrgyz Republic have the right to health protection in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on health care, basic state and compulsory health insurance and international treaties to which the Kyrgyz Republic is a party.
Article 104 Assisted reproductive methods and techniques
7.A person who has entered into a contract for the implantation of an embryo into another woman for the purpose of reproduction shall be registered by his or her parents in the Civil Register at the time of the birth of the child.
Article 57 Reproductive rights of citizens
1.Everyone has the right to access to comprehensive and affordable sexual and reproductive health services as an integral part of health.
3.Citizens have the right to access to existing safe technologies for the protection of reproductive health, including contraception, family planning, termination of pregnancy, and the diagnosis and treatment of infertility, sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV.
4.Citizens have the right to use methods of artificial insemination: fertilization, implantation and in vitro fertilization.
5.Citizens, irrespective of their medical certificate or marital status, have the right to use surrogate motherhood to raise children.
