The healthy eating guide during the promotion period is here! Eat more of these 4 types of food to promote fast and healthy follicle growth

The process of ovulation induction aims to obtain as many high-quality eggs as possible. In order to promote follicular development through diet, we need to start from the basic needs of cellular tissues and ensure that the nutrients absorbed by the body can nourish all cells, including eggs. So, how to effectively and reasonably plan the diet during ovulation induction to help follicles develop both round and healthy?

Important nutrients related to egg quality

Eggs are mainly composed of various nutrients such as protein, sugar, lipids (including phospholipids, cholesterol, etc.), water, vitamins, and minerals.

Any deficiency of these nutrients may have adverse effects on the development and maturation of cells, thereby reducing the effectiveness of ovulation induction. During ovulation induction therapy, due to the action of drugs, multiple follicles will enter the growth and development stage simultaneously, thus increasing the demand for various nutrients at this time.

Food Guidelines for Egg Rearing in Women During ovulation Promotion

1. High quality protein products

High protein foods are crucial for the development of follicles, as they are essential substances for maintaining and repairing body tissues as well as promoting cell growth. In addition, many people may experience different degrees of inflammatory reaction and fluid retention in the process of drug ovulation promotion. Increasing the intake of high protein foods can help reduce the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation. When choosing high protein foods, fish and shrimp can be given priority, followed by chickens and ducks, and finally pigs and sheep. It is recommended to consume 130-180 grams of meat, poultry, eggs, fish, 300 grams of dairy products, and 10-15 grams of soybeans per day to meet the body's high protein requirements.

2. Phospholipid based foods

The key component of the cell membrane of sperm and egg is phospholipids. Insufficient phospholipids can have adverse effects on the quality of sperm, egg, and subsequent fertilized eggs.

Phosphatidylcholine can provide excellent ovarian protection for women by promoting the production of estrogen, thereby helping women prevent endocrine disorders or hormonal imbalances. In daily diet, the following foods are good sources of lecithin:

3. Multiple vitamins

During ovulation induction, it is crucial to supplement vitamins, especially vitamin C and vitamin E, in order to improve the quality of follicles and eggs. They are known for their strong antioxidant properties and can effectively reduce the damage of free radicals to tissue cells, which is beneficial for the development of follicles.

In daily diet, the following foods are rich sources of multiple vitamins

Of course, during ovulation induction, diet should not pursue excessive nourishment, but rather follow certain dietary principles. This not only helps to obtain high-quality eggs, but also creates a healthy internal environment for the body, laying a solid foundation for possible transplantation surgeries in the future.
